SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Handmake.store for your shopping needs. We provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process.

When you place an order, you will receive 3 emails:

Order Confirmation: 6:00pm (CST) Monday to Friday

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

If any item is not available, the preparation time may be changed. Delays in availability will be notified.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (may take longer, depending on the destination) from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will be required to sign for delivery.

However, there may be circumstances that we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional delivery days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Methods

To accommodate your needs, we may choose from a variety of shipping methods and carriers available depending on your location and the size of the item purchased.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

Changing Order Information or Address

We understand that changes to orders or shipping addresses may be necessary. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change your order or shipping address. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made after an order has been placed.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We do not have a shipping policy for orders outside the United States. We appreciate your understanding.

Lost or Missing Packages

Handmake is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

In the unfortunate event that you do not receive your package after confirming delivery, please contact your local carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print is taken directly from the address you provided during checkout. You are responsible for entering your correct address. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not responsible.
